Hearing Your Voice

In this meditation practice we are reflecting within, and listening to the tone of our thoughts. We are taking inventory, and bringing the awareness to the different voices that surface. We are using this practice to gain an understanding of what voices are our own, and what voices may have attached themselves to us. Once we receive clarity, and recognize our own voice - we are diving deep into a message that we may need to share with the world. We opening our voices up to be heard, and to be appreciated.
