Healing Conflict With Light

This morning's meditation is focused on leaning into positivity, and love in the face of conflict or stress. We are reflecting on something we've been holding on to, and realigning with light through recognizing the positivity and love in the world. We are using a mudra to clear negativity energy in the body, and mind to restore to a place of peace.
