Grounding With Energy and Light

In this guided meditation practice we are focusing on grounding ourselves into the present movement through a visualization. We are relaxing, and releasing tension through a semi-guided body scan. We are using our inner light, and energy to help restore the body. As we restore we are moving back into the present, and connecting with the mantra, "I am here now." We are using this grounded energy to root us into the present moment, and in alignment with peace.
