Grateful for Today

In today's guided meditation practice we are connecting with the gift of life, and each moment. We are using this connection to realign us with peace, and the present moment. As we use the mantra, "I'm happy to be alive" we are acknowledging gratitude and the joy in every single day. This is a repeat practice focused on gratitude, and the gift of living.
