Finding Your Voice

In today's meditation practice we are listening within, and taking inventory of what the tone of the thoughts is. We are listening to the voices within, and identifying if they are our own inner voice or the voice of something else. As we sift through the voices, and thoughts we are connecting deeply to our inner voice. We are witnessing that voice, and gaining an understanding of how we can share that voice with the world. We are reflecting on a message that needs to be shared, and opening ourselves up to speaking with trust and love.
