Fill Your Cup

In today's meditation practice we are taking inventory of how we are doing, reflecting on what we need, and recognizing the importance of taking care of ourselves. As we listen within we are deepening our relationship with ourselves, and learning how we can support our bodies, and minds. Through this practice we are prioritizing our care, and reminding ourselves to protect the positive energy we cultivate through boundaries and saying no.
