Enjoy Your Life

In today's meditation practice we are focusing on the pressures of life, and taking inventory of how much energy we are spending on "pushing." We exploring identity - work is something I do not who I am - and releasing the weight of that through breath work. In this guided meditation we are planting a seed for growth, and joy. We are focusing on things that light us up, and create a spark within. We are reconnecting with happiness, and leaning into the mantra, "I'm going to enjoy life."
