Connecting With Joy

In today's meditation practice we are focusing on connecting with play, and joy. We are reflecting on a joyful memory as a child, and realigning with that sense of fun. We are connecting with easier times, and through this space allowing our inner child to speak to us about how we can support ourselves. We are being reminded that work is something we do - not who we are. As we create space, and invite this sense of joy into our practice we are also focusing on confidence. We are finding that sense of belief in ourselves, and trust. This guided practice is focused on creating feelings of freedom, and lightness.
