Climbing a Mountain

In this meditation practice we are checking in with ourselves, and taking inventory of how we are feeling. As we become aware of the energy of the body we are able to better support ourselves, and honor what we may need. We are reflecting on our "mountain" and what might be creating a sense of overwhelm. As we reflect on our mountain we are reminded that all that is required of us is one step footstep forward - one small action. We are honoring that we are enough, and we are releasing any pressure or weight that we've placed upon ourselves. We are using the mantra, "I am enough" to realign within.
