Cleansing the Body and Mind

In this guided visualization practice we are creating a space of relaxation, and rest. In this space we are cleansing any negative energy, or thoughts from the body and mind. Through this release we are restoring to a place of peace, and alignment within. We are concluding our practice by resting in a state of light, and restoring further.
