Attract What You Want

In today's meditation practice we are focusing on the shift that is happening around us, and taking a pause to think about what we need to let go of. We are moving on from something, and creating space to step forward into our future. We are using this time of transition to grow, and to move forward towards our purpose. We are focusing on the mindset of out with old, and in with the new. We are using the mantra, "I step forward with confidence knowing I will attract what I want" to deepen our connection to this time of change.
