Accepting Our Emotions

In today's guided meditation practice we are using the RAIN method to work through our emotions, and thoughts. We are recognizing our emotions by checking in with ourselves. We are accepting them by saying, "This is how I feel." We are then investigating the emotions by asking questions, and further taking inventory. The final step is natural loving kindness, and we are using the message, "I'm letting this go now" to release through a lens of love for ourselves.
