1989-2001 Former Studio executive of the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, CA

While there served as co-founder of the Black Employees Association. Its purpose was to create opportunities for men and women of color through networking and attending various industry related symposiums which included, writing, directing, acting, working up the entertainment corporate ladder, music, production, postproduction and distribution.

This organization was responsible for exponential growth amongst, Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians in obtaining industry jobs related to their passion and or field of study. \\xa0

Many minority well known actors, writers, producers, and studio executives participated in this program.

2001-2004 Served as SVP of the first black owned postproduction and visual effects company Eye Candy Post.

2005-2008 Served as lecturer at Southern Adventist University film department.

Former husband and wife co-founders of Tree of Life Mental Health Systems, LLC

Currently serves as Co-Founder with his wife at the Tree of Life Outreach Project in Las Vegas, a non-profit organization meeting the needs of the community.
