Rebecca Merritt, is a mission-minded musician from Alabama, who is currently attending the University of Mobile, majoring in piano performance.\\xa0 Though her passion for music, she is now using it to find her voice in speaking up for people who are considered disabled.\\xa0 Through her own unique experience she has learned that disabled does not mean unable and is using that message to serve others like her with similar experiences. \\xa0
It has become her mission to spread awareness on the advantages and unique challenges that come with living with disabilities and show others how to follow their dreams and lead a fulfilling life through music! Armed with Hope, Courage and Inspiration, Rebecca shows us that your life is truly not what happens to you, but what you make of what happens to you. \\xa0
