In all this hustle, we're forgetting to live in the present and to enjoy the moment.\\xa0

There are a number of benefits of being present in your life. Research has shown that mindfulness improves your mental and physical health. It is an exercise for your mental and physical well-being. It has a huge impact on your attitude and over-all behaviors.\\xa0
