A lot of my content I appear super spunky, full of energy, and highly confident, but that was not always the case. Most of my life I suffered from chronic anxiety and depression. I lived very fearful despite my fearless overindulgence in alcohol, drugs, and partying. It wasn\\u2019t until I was taken completely out of my environment and put in a place where I was solely responsible for myself that things started to change. Over those next couple years, I started questioning my thoughts, my emotions, why I was triggered, the knowledge that I was taught, or the lack of knowledge I was taught I should say, and I got curious about food medicine. I then started diving into books, podcasts, educational courses, and most importantly - myself. Now almost 29, I am 1year 9 months sober, 80lbs lighter, emotionally stable, panic attack free,  whole food plant-based, both self-educated and certified in multiple fields of self-awareness, shadow work, nutrition, emotional intelligence, the metaphysical mind/body relationship, and holistic health. My devotion is giving back the tools that I have learned, hoping others can understand that they are not victims to their emotions or thoughts and the more we dive into ourselves, our thought processes, our conditioned behaviors, and our reactive patterns - the more we can free ourselves to live an optimum life of least resistance. It\\u2019s up to us to take our life back.
