Grey Zone vs Growth Zone

The comfort zone -- It’s not exciting. It’s not bad. It’s stagnant and … well, comfortable. Your life is basically on autopilot when you’re in the comfort zone. You know the routine. You know what to expect.

But humans were designed for growth and transformation -- not stagnation.

In today’s episode, we learn about the Yerkes-Dodson law and that a healthy amount of stress increases performance. We discuss the growth zone and how it’s possible to put yourself in an upward spiral of growth. Finally, we learn about the danger zone and why it’s imperative that you not take on too much, that you grow at your own rate, and that you refrain from comparing yourself to others.
