Welcome to... the Mind Muscle Enlightenment podcast!

Before this episode, this podcast was called Mind Muscle Movement. I started this podcast thinking that I would focus only on exercise, nutrition, and mindset. But as the podcast grew, I realized that I wanted to share WAY more than that.

When we talk about fitness, we usually refer to physical fitness.

In my philosophy, there are 4 areas of fitness that you MUST master in order to live a fulfilled life.
