Published: Sept. 19, 2018, 1 p.m.

Self-sabotage:\n1.) we are often unaware of it &\n2.) it always has to do with our MINDS (which is GREAT, because WE have the power to shift it)\n\nSix ways it shows up:\n1. "Auto-pilot" trumps "manual pilot." Our minds resist change because it takes effort, and our minds want to be efficient.\n\n2. Change can feel scary, uncomfortable, or threatening to our identities. \n\n3. We may feel conflicted with believing that we are enough, and telling ourselves we "should" be different. This feels contrary to self-acceptance.\n\n4. Unhealthy habits serve a well-intended purpose; they are a functional strategy with a positive intention (and the best solution we have found so far).\n\n5. Other people and things are more important than we are, and therefore our well-being doesn't take priority.\n\n6. We think "I've been good & deserve" a little extra.\n\nSmart water bottle I LOVE\nhttps://hidratespark.com\nDiscount Code at checkout: MICHELLES10\n\nBrook Castillo's Minimum Baseline\nhttps://thelifecoachschool.com/209
