Scanning your chakras

  1. set your intention,  something similar to this if you like,  it is my intent to scan each of my chakras thoroughly  And to feel any fluctuations easily and when I am through I will write down on a piece of paper everything that I felt so that Source energy can dissipate those blockages and after  theal and balance my chakras I intend on getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of water For the days that follow,  I  set this intention with only the purest gratitude and love thank you.

Next, take your dominant hand and hold it about an inch or two above your crown chakra,  and bring your other hand up and put it in front of your third eye  also about an inch.  leave it there for a few minutes sometimes you can lift it up and down a little bit just to feel the different energies,  and slowly move down to your throat chakra and do the same noting any end all Sensations as you do this,  you will do this for each one of the chakras and when your root chakra is completed you can rest your arms,  while you write down anything that you may have felt, remember it isn't all about feeling just the sensations it's about feeling the  differences in and throughout so that you can better get to know your own energy and what blockages feel like versus normal healthy energy. And remember to practice in your workbook the more you practice the better you will get the quicker you will get in the more you'll know right away what's happening in and around your chakras and  your clients as well.  now once you've written everything down I want you to visualize a warm loving white golden light coming down from above and gently and slowly entering each one of your chakras one at a time imagine your  chakras pinwheels spinning at a balanced rate, you are letting Source energy heal your chakras and get them up and running at their fullest potential!  now remember drink plenty of water eat healthy foods and get plenty of rest and we will see you in the next lecture thank you
