Meditation Music & Ocean Waves - Relax Your Body Mind and Soul

You can listen to meditation music sitting beside a beautiful blue ocean filled with music, ocean life, and the smell of sweet salt water everywhere. (Be sure and wipe off your headphones and speakers when you're done, so they don't corrode! ;) (For Best Results Please Use Headphones)

Relax Your Body Mind and Soul for just a few minutes during your day, use for Yoga Positions and Breathing Exercises, Natural Sounds for Pilates and Wellness, Calm Music for Reiki sessions or just kick back and enjoy a short break during your day.

Music can also lift your mood, slow your breathing, and create other stress-inducing changes in your body, mind, and soul. (This is a very good thing!)

Find out more information about Choosing Meditation Music For Relaxation HERE... Music has many wonderful benefits for stress management and overall health. It can help you calm your physiology without making a conscious effort, and that can alleviate stress in your mind.

While 20 minutes is a good minimum time frame for meditation, even one song can be helpful in reducing your stress levels and restoring some of your energy, so take the time that your schedule allows.

Stay focused on the music. If you find yourself thinking about other things (or even thinking thoughts about the music), gently redirect your attention to the present moment, the sound of the music, and the feelings in your body that the music evokes. Try to really feel the music.

Continue this practice for several minutes, until your time runs out. As thoughts come into your head, gently let them go and redirect your attention to the sound of the music, the present moment, and the physical sensations you feel.  The goal of this practice is to quiet your inner voice and just ‘be’. So just ‘be’ with the music, and fully immerse yourself, and you’ll feel more relaxed fairly quickly.

Everything the mind does, everything that happens, is part of the meditation. So don't try to concentrate or force the mind in any way. The only criteria for "right meditation" is that it is easy.

The goal, if there is a goal, is effortlessness, but even if we find ourselves making an effort sometimes, that's OK. Just back off and continue.
