Jack Algiere is employee number one at Stone Barns Center, where he's built an integrated farming operation rooted in land stewardship, innovation, and community. Viraj Puri is the co-founder and CEO of Gotham Greens and a true pioneer in the urban farming movement here in Brooklyn."
