HR 1: Having an Edge
Ireland starts off the show giving Mason a pep talk about “having an edge” and not being such a poser when it comes to pleasing the listeners. He makes comparisons to Howard Stern and Max Kellerman and said Mason might need to go back to Starbucks to help him get his edge back. The guys then discuss tonight’s Lakers-Nets game and who it’s more important to - Kyrie or LeBron. They revisit the clips of Kyrie seemingly taking shots at LeBron on KD’s podcast last year and LeBron responding to what Kyrie said months later. Dan Woke of the LA Times joins the show to give his thoughts on Lakers-Nets, plus he gives Mason some sound advice on the situation with his mom and Not-Stepdad-Leo moving in together.
