We said yes and shared some examples for the obvious and not so obvious, possibilities for dark cloud and looming bad juju, and solutions to not allow it to consume you. In Kanoe's example, she shares how we shouldn't feel less than, guilty or even ignorant for not seeing or embracing the red flags. We do because we have good hearts and see aloha. That should never change. How can we still embrace it without it depleting our energy? That's the question.
