In this episode on Kulani shares her experience with work, in how she felt inadequate based on her job having to evolve so quickly due to the Pandemic / Covid-19. How she made it more difficult than it was based on feeling lost and insecure about the new changes. After consulting with co-workers she knew she wasn't alone and that, it changed everything. Kanoe shares the understanding of victims of circumstance and patterns that come up and we don't understand why. In that, having to shift is necessary and part of that is an appreciation for what IS naturally great around you and finding your "why's".
