“When people jump into something they love doing, it’s infectious.. and people want to be a part of that.”

Today’s guest has been successful at every step, and I have no reason to believe it won’t continue for years to come. Kim Cayce was a professional golfer, pitched her design in front of Shark Tank in Season 1, and has founded, and been an integral part of, four successful companies. She is currently launching her fifth.

“You have to know if you have an idea, or a business. Start out knowing your goals and objectives… Tie those goals to some numbers. What differentiates a hobby or a side-hustle from a career that can grow in scale is whether or not the economics will work.”

Kim has the superb combination of street smarts, book smarts, business savvy, athleticism, and a wonderful personality. You can’t help but smile whenever you speak with her. Best of all, her new company, Verbatim Publishing, will soon be a household name! This innovative company will turn those who want to write a business book, but don’t have the time, into authors, all while letting Verbatim tackle most of the work.

“Everyone has expertise. It doesn’t matter how old or young you are, you’ve done something that others haven’t… You can be the person that shares that expertise in a way that can make you much more successful. ”

In this episode, we talk about being a successful entrepreneur, a young golfer touring the world, running companies, and being shot down by the sharks. Good news! ‘Failure’ only drove her harder to become who she is today. You will truly enjoy this episode!
