Leaving a well paying job and starting a business is an incredible accomplishment. But doing so as a single mother of four children is especially noteworthy. And that\\u2019s exactly what today\\u2019s guest did.\\xa0

Aireka Harvell launched a successful app called Nodat and left her job to pursue it full time. She\\u2019s also launched Twende, a summit and accelerator program for founders of color.

Aireka is an extraordinary woman who has overcome a lot of obstacles to get to where she is today. She\\u2019s overcome drug addiction, she left an abusive marriage and she\\u2019s even a cancer survivor. Aireka is a shining example of someone who hasn\\u2019t let challenges get in her way. And I can\\u2019t wait for you to hear her story.
