The Maine Road Ramble's transfer series returns with Kevin Nelson and Andrew Dettmer diving into the first set of scouting reports to get us ready for City's potential upcoming transfer dealings! But more importantly, City are in need of some reinforcements in central defense and two very interesting players (at different stages of their career) are analyzed, Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly and Athletic Bilbao's Unai Nunez!
