The best way to find the good in saying goodbye to narcissist relationships is to come to peace with facing the reality of how your health is probably being compromised.  How does one find the words to let go and say goodbye to their narcissist?  Sometimes you might find that you are not appreciated by your narcissist therefore, your narcissist will make threats of finding someone new if you do not do what they wish for to do in the relationship.  The next time your narcissist threatens that if you don\'t someone else will.  Your response might be to see it as an opprotunity to accept that you are outgrowing the relationship.
