Stepping into the role of the mother brought Britt to the depths of her soul, guiding her through a spiritual journey of self-discovery like none other. Becoming a mom came with so many blissful and lifelong, memory-making moments in correlation with other darker and sometimes scarier thought-induced moments of reality too. As Britt has learned along the way, this change can bring up our shadows and sides of ourselves we don\\u2019t always like to be confronted with.

In today\\u2019s solo episode Britt openly shares about some of the not so pretty moments she encountered in her initial transition and what she did to bring herself back to more of her baseline, conscious self.
