Adi’s impact started when she was a kid through various experiences dealing with death and witnessing acts of injustice. These experiences had her start asking deeper questions like, “Why are we on the planet?” These questions led Adi to later discover her purpose to helping others in any way possible. Her journey led her to find new practices that she now implements into her daily life, personally and professionally. In her work, Adi focuses on the connection between western and eastern practices, and how the use of both allows for a deeper connection to oneself. Along her own journey, Adi uncovered the opportunity to launch her own company, SoulWork™, focusing on a movement of global awakening and trauma informed leadership education. One of Adi’s core principles is that all work starts from the soul. In order for one to understand their potential, they need to begin by looking deeper into their soul.
