I have the best job in the world.\\xa0
\\nI get to see people\\u2019s best selves.\\xa0
\\nIt\'s like I have a superpower.\\xa0Everywhere I look, I see people\\u2019s potential.
\\nWhen I work with people, it\\u2019s almost as if I\\u2019m working with 2 people: their current self and their future best self.
\\nI see what\\u2019s possible for them. I can see the joy, freedom, and ease that\\u2019s possible in their future.
\\nHere\'s what I can\'t do: I can\\u2019t make that future self a reality for them. I can\'t force them to think certain things. I can\\u2019t force them to take certain actions.
\\nAs a coach, I can have all the knowledge, share all the fancy tools, and be full of amazing encouragement. Yet if clients don\\u2019t believe in my future vision for them, it will never happen for them. If they don\'t believe that it\\u2019s possible for them, they won\\u2019t take the action necessary to become that future best self.\\xa0
