It's always fun to chat with David and The Stream Of David, and today's episode is no exception. With David we talk about the newest TYA tool, which David describes as being like inverted triangles ... not sure exactly what he meant by that. He also made reference to a numbered version of the polarity spiral, with positive values ranging from plus-1 to plus-20 and minus values ranging from minus-1 to minus-20. With The Stream we do a lot of talking about appreciation and experience, including some distinguishing between love, appreciation, and compassion. We also have a new appreciation of suffering.
