Mental health is as important as physical and spiritual health so let\'s take good care of it. I have come up with 40 affirmations on this topic. Please repeat them daily as many times as possible. Help me by sharing them with family members and friends. Put them on all social media to bring awareness. The world needs to know that we all need help. Just because mental and emotional health is invisible, doesn\'t mean it does not EXIST. It is as important and demands as much attention as other topics discussed.
