On today’s episode of the Cricket Coach 365 podcast I talk to Rob Taylor. Rob is a former Leicestershire and Scotland cricketer (2011-2016). He began coaching in 2016 with the Leicestershire CCC pathway and became the Loughborough MCCU/Loughborough Lightning assistant coach. He then became Head Coach of Women’s cricket at Loughborough in 2018 and most recently Head Coach of Lightning Cricket in the new Elite Domestic Structure. Rob is massively keen on the wholistic development of individuals and supporting female players through their cricketing journey.
