The only resolution you need to make in 2020 is... // How to make the new year impact your life the way you want it too

Published: Dec. 15, 2019, 4 p.m.

It's been ages since I've made an episode and I am so glad I did! I missed this...

This episode is inspired by recent realizations I have had/experiences I have gone through, as well as some deep self-analysis and introspection on what really motivates me to get into a routine and have a positive outlook on life, so that I can better implement any habits I am trying to integrate into my life.

I delve into what I believe (from my own findings) to be the only habit anyone needs to implement into their life. The building block or foundation you must have before even fathoming the idea of starting a new habit.

One of the quotes from today's "Food for thought" segment is a famous one by Bruce Lee: “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” Listen to the episode to hear how I tie this in to starting new habits.

Hope you enjoyed!
