Difficult people are all around us. It doesn\'t matter who we are or where we spend our time; no one is immune. You\\u2019ll find difficult people at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

The challenge is to love them anyway.\\xa0

The challenge is to decide in any and every situation whether you want to win or whether you want to be right.
\\xa0
It\\u2019s important to take up this challenge because it reveals your true character. J.K. Rowling once said, \\u201cIf you want to know what a man\'s like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.\\u201d\\xa0
\\xa0
This is why these commandments are so important. Truth be told, they have saved my life and the lives of others. They are worth learning, memorizing, writing down, and pasting somewhere you\\u2019ll see them every day.
