Something that has really helped me in my journey is the principle that motion=emotion. If you do the same thing that you have always done, you will feel the same way that you have always felt.
\\nWe have evidence of this, right?
\\nIf you were asked to describe someone that was depressed you would probably say:
\\nCompared to someone who is happy that might:
\\nSometimes creating an emotional change is as simple as shifting our posture.
\\nMy partner and I started going to the gym about a month ago and I noticed that since having regular movement I feel a lot happier, healthier, stronger, more confident, more energized, more creative.
\\nAs we shift into winter it can sometimes be harder to get movement into our day but here are some tips to stay active:
