God literally tells us what to do in times of trouble.
Be still.
It's hard to do in today's world, it's loud, there are lights everywhere, phones chiming and buzzing.\\xa0
It is hard to be still.\\xa0
It is not in my nature.\\xa0
It has to be intentional.\\xa0
Be still and know I am God.\\xa0
He's there for us, we just have to slow down enough to hear Him.
