Lithuanians have a lot of expressions with the word angry - piktas.

But let\'s start from the very beginning.
Here is a vocabulary for "angry expressions"

Hi there, I\\u2019m Jack and I\\u2019m Raminta and welcome back to Lithuanian Out Loud where we offer the world the Lithuanian language.\\xa0 Today we\\u2019re in the month of September which in Lithuanian is rugs\\u0117jis.

In the navy a submarine tender is a ship that supplies and supports submarines.\\xa0 In 1961 when Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania were still forceably part of the Soviet Union, Captain Jonas Ple\\u0161kys sailed his submarine tender out of Klaip\\u0117da and into the Baltic Sea.\\xa0 Soviet authorities had ordered the ship to travel to Tallinn, Estonia but Jonas sailed to Gotland, Sweden and defected to the west.\\xa0 The Soviet Union convicted Ponas Jonas in absentia and his sentence was death by firing squad.\\xa0 Jonas died in California in 1993 of old age.

His story is believed to be the basis for Tom Clancy\\u2019s book The Hunt for Red October.\\xa0 In the book and in the movie submarine captain Marko Ramius is known as, \\u201cThe Lithuanian.\\u201d\\xa0 The submarine captain sails his ship to the west and defects.

Just an interesting bit of trivia; in the beginning of the book Captain Marko Ramius kills his KGB political officer.\\xa0 The Soviet officer\\u2019s name?\\xa0 Ivan Putin.\\xa0 That\\u2019s funny.\\xa0

Now we\\u2019re going to study something I didn\\u2019t understand for a very long time.\\xa0 Numbers that end in the number one.\\xa0 For example, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, 101, 11,391, 635,271, excluding 11.\\xa0 Eleven is the only number that doesn\\u2019t follow this pattern.

Before we get to the meat of this episode, here are some nouns for you;

The interesting thing about 21, 31, 41, etcetera, when paired with a noun, for example, 21 days, 31 cities, or 41 books, the noun has a singular form.
