b'In his early 20\\u2019s, Jason Quitt started having terrifying experiences of sleep paralysis. He would be awakened by a presence in his room but Jason would become frozen and unable to wake himself. These experiences started to happen more frequently and he started to become more and more conscious of what was going on.One night as Jason was trying very hard to shake out of this paralysis, something happened he wasn\\u2019t expecting. He shook so hard that he popped out of his body and had his first out-of-body experience. As this happened more frequently he was eventually able to see himself lying in bed frozen and a very tall being standing at the end of his bed. Jason knew this was a genuine experience and was beyond his comprehension. From that moment on his perception of this world shifted. Ever since my his first out-of-body experience, Jason found that under the right conditions he could leave his body and start to explore new dimensions that opened for him. As Jason started to venture out into these new worlds, many different beings, guides, masters and energies started to come into his life. They would often wake him up and take him out of his body on journeys to many places and time lines to show and teach Jason many new things. Jason was no longer the same person after experiencing these journeys. These beings gave him specific teachings to follow so he could live comfortably in this world. They said the most important thing is to heal yourself, and only then could he effect change in others. Under their teachings and guidance Jason sought out many teachers and masters to receive wisdom and healing. Since then he\\u2019s been given many powerful healing techniques and abilities to assist him, and others on the many paths of healing and enlightenment. Jason Quitt is a graduate of the Institute of Energy Wellness, and a student of Algonquin Shamanism, Jason has been training and working with many teachers, shamans, and traditional healers from around the world.Jason is also the author and teacher of \\u201cEgyptian Postures of Power\\u201d & \\u201cThe Yosef Codes\\u201d methods of personal healing and practice.
