She is a former alcohol/drug and mental health counselor. When working as a counselor she saw a tremendous need for healing that was beyond her scope at the time. She is a multidimensional healer, tarot reader and practicing witch. In addition, she is an Advanced Sacred Soul Alignment and Sacred Light Foundations practitioner. Sonya also practices shamanic journeying after many years of shamanic studies. She has the innate ability to scan a person's energy body and subtle body systems to identify blockages and remove them. She is eager to help people heal their trauma and step into their personal power.
