Keisha A. Rivers is the founder and Chief Outcome Facilitator of The KARS Group, LTD, specializing in assisting clients to identify their vision of success then create an action plan and strategy to get there. She is also the founder and Executive Director of The KARS Institute for Learning & Collaboration, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide training, resources and support to new and emerging nonprofits. Keisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Leadership & Development from the University of New Orleans.
