For you to fit in the “US” you need to fit in the “I”. For you make a meaningful contribution in any relationship, you need to first who you are. “I” in the marriage makes the “US”, the “me” makes the “we”. Every entity that needs to succeed needs to know the power of team work, but the chain relies on the individual entities within the team. Every team is as strong as it’s weakest member. The I AM factor teaches you that your attitude, perception and opinion about YOU contribute greatly to all that happens to you. It’s not selfishness, but it is recognizing that you have the power over your life.
