The brain only knows the reality you create. You must be careful to create a brain tattoo of a person you do not want to become such as a person who uses blame to shift responsibility, as denial or self-protection mechanism. People use blame to protect their ego, to attack others, as an escape when they are attacked or when they should account for their lives.
