Mack hails from The Bronx of New York City. She has over 15 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. It all began in the field of radio while attending Villanova University. Back in 2003, while pursuing her undergrad degree, she interned as the night show producer for the Hot Boyz on Philly's Power 99. Once she graduated, she landed a gig as the afternoon on-air talent at the former Hip-Hop and R&B station, Delaware's Kiss 101.7.

\\nAfter her radio career on the East coast came to a halt, she relocated to Los Angeles. Since relocating, Shannon has starred in several commercials for companies like Anna\\u2019s Linens, Just Fab Shoes, and Hallmark. In addition, she was featured on BET\\u2019s \\u201cThe Boot\\u201d and TLC\\u2019s \\u201cWhat Not to Wear.\\u201d While pursuing an acting career was fun for Shannon, it was not her passion. So, she decided to get back into radio. In April 2015, Shannon launched her very own internet radio show, \\u201cSmack Urban Radio.\\u201d SUR had 4 channels: Hip-Hop and R&B, Dancehall, Soca and Podcasts.
