On the final day of the 2019 General Assembly, lawmakers conference on pension relief for regional universities and quasi-governmental agencies. They also pass a tobacco-free schools bill, additional fixes to the state tax code, workplace accommodations for pregnant women, updates to the school accountability system, and changes to alcohol service in dry locations.
