b'The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors approved 4-0 the use of just under $1 million of Pacific Gas & Electric disaster settlement funds to truck water from inland to the coast, where the drought is growing more dire, at a virtual special meeting on Tuesday. District 1 Supervisor Glenn McGourty abstained from the vote and said he was uncomfortable using the PG&E funds to jump start the program. The supervisors spent most of the roughly two-hour meeting discussing how the program would work and be funded in both the short and long term.'
