KVMR\'s Felton Pruitt spoke with Nevada County Public Information Officer, Taylor Wolfe, about the free sandbag service offered throughout the county from October 1st to April 30th. At four locations, residents can pick up free sand and sandbags to help prevent flood damage and control rain runoff on their properties--as long as they remember to bring their own shovels!
