New data suggests that California's Community College system may be falling short on one of its most important benchmarks \\u2014 the transfer rate of students to four year colleges or universities. California, as of right now, has officially banned state-funded travel to more than half of the country, as a kind of boycott response to anti-LGBTQ+ legislation.
